A growing body of research supports shifting the focus away from dieting and weight loss towards a more thoughtful approach.* It empowers you to build a lifestyle focused on eating mindfully, being kind to yourself, enjoying movement, and being thankful for your body. 

Based on the concept of intuitive eating, Nourish Your Whole Self helps you tune into your body and mind, to reconnect with the sensations that arise from within. With this awareness, you are better able to make choices that help you feel nourished. 

This program includes: 

  • Intuitive Eating PDF Workbook

  • One-on-One Initial Session (1 hour)

  • Weekly One-on-One Follow-Up Communication & Support Sessions 

    • These are to define your goal(s) and then, help you achieve it through the 10 IE Principles

    • Identify the tools that may be the most important for you.
