Hello & Welcome...

Rachel is a board-certified nutrition specialist (CNS) and licensed nutritionist (LDN) and has been in practice since 2016.

Rachel specializes in various health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and HIV.  She takes a weight-inclusive, client-centered approach to health and wellbeing.  She has experience in private practice settings, working within larger healthcare organizations, and has worked with private and community organizations. Rachel currently works as a clinical nutritionist and educator for various non-profits in the Baltimore, Maryland, area.  She also works part-time as a CNS Supervisor at Sprouting Nutritionists and Coaches.

Rachel is currently licensed in Maryland.  She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She will work with the CNSs in Maryland and in "green" states. Eventually, she will expand beyond these areas in the future. 

Rachel is an advocate for healthy, sustainable living for all.  She enjoys helping people find the foods that help them feel their best, allowing them to focus on what they want most!
